You might experience headaches, frequent bathroom visits, gas, mood swings, and insomnia. Don’t confuse this with other issues or get the idea that detox isn’t working. It is working!
Here are some helpful tips to be prepared for when you are experiencing a bit of crappiness during your detox:
1. Don’t forget your Detox Cocktail recipe to cleanse your liver.
32 oz. of filtered or bottled water
16 oz. of Diet Cranberry juice
4 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar with mother
8 tablespoons of lemon or lime juice
2. Add Lemon or ginger to your cocktail or other beverages. Mint tea is a favorite of mine!
3. Lots of water. Yes, water is boring. Get over it.
